Pegasus is the villain in the first season he force yugi to a duel and then take his grandpa's soul to force him to enter his tournament in the meanwhile Pegasus kidnaps Mokuba to also force Kaiba to enter. his goal is to get all millenium items and to take over Kaiba corp to bring his wife back to life he takes Mokuba's soul and later meets with Kaiba. he challenge him to a duel to get Mokuba back Pegasus agrees and beat him without really trying and takes his soul in the finals he promised yugi to let everyone go if he would lose from yugi and if he wins he get the millenium puzzle it seems like Pegasus is winning with the Millenium eyes power but then Yugi finds a way to stop the mind reading and Pegasus is desperate and starts a Shadow game to get Yugi out of the picture in the duel but in the end Pegasus loses from Yami Yugi and Pegasus goes to his room then Bakura comes in and challenge him to a shadow game but Pegasus loses and Bakura takes his Millenium eye. Pegasus makes a comback in the season with Dartz he helps Yugi to figure things out there he gets his soul taken away he also haves a appearance in the movie and also in yu-gi-oh GX
