High Council Media is a team of people that specialize in the development of quality motion picture. Through the formats of machinima, Live action, and also specialize in the field of marketing though product/Anime reviews and Lets- play entertainment.

Over the course of our 7 years this channel was known as CastScarabStudios then rebranded to High Council Media in 2020. As a team we pioneered many aspects of machinima ranging from our original characters and writing style, to visuals like composite layering, and even having recognizable names and faces joining in some of or videos such as celebrity voice actor Steve Downes the voice of Master Chief.
