Salutations, tingle-seekers! I am SpringbokASMR, but you can call me Spring. My videos are intended to help comfort, relax, motivate, and nurture the very brightest parts of you.

After a very long hiatus, I returned to ASMR YouTube in April 2024! I’m thrilled to be back to creating a variety of ASMR experiences. I am happily working through a large backlog of requests, so please be patient if I haven’t yet returned to your favorite form, topic, or trigger. Requests are always welcome.

My goal is to provide tingles that feel welcoming to everyone, so I humbly request kindness and understanding towards one another in the comments. I try to publish new videos every couple weeks, but as I am receiving ongoing cancer care this can vary now and again. Please know that nothing uplifts me more than being a small part of your day, especially if I can help you feel calmer and loved. My warmest thanks for being here.
