My name is Matt. I make videos to help you relax and sleep!
My videos are designed to trigger your ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. ASMR is a fancy name for the nice tingly feeling you might get in your head, back, or limbs in response to certain stimuli, such as whispering, soft speaking, tapping, crinkling, and more. If you've ever used a scalp massager or had someone play with your hair, you've probably felt ASMR! It feels awesome, and the only side effect is sleepiness (that's a good thing).
Most of my videos have binaural (3D) audio, and are best enjoyed with headphones!
