Hey, I'm Nova!

I'm here to share my love for dancing, especially open-ended freestyle dancing!

My aim is to let the music move my body, just feel, vibe, enjoy the music and get into the flow!
Dancing in a truly raw, authentic, even meditative way is so incredibly healing and fun for me, it has become one of my absolute favorite things in life! It helps me express any buried emotions too.

I just love playing around with spontaneous movement and not even knowing what my body will want to do!
It also makes me really glad if my videos happen to inspire anyone to move or dance in whatever way they feel like! 😊
