We are an obese husband and wife team in their 40's trying to get fit and healthy. Join us on our journey from being unhealthy, fat depressed, and lazy to healthy, toned, happy, and fit. From quitting smoking to leading a healthier lifestyle, and losing weight. It's hard and we need all the motivation and support we can get. We are more than happy to join you too. Together we can do this...Ps. We live in Ireland so come and see this beautiful country through our eyes by joining us on our daily walks, cycles, and adventures.
