Strange Providence Films formed in Rhode Island in late 2020 for the production of WATERWICK: PROLOGUE, a proof of concept short film that laid the groundwork for the full feature project. From the production of the original short film to the entire feature, SPF was born as a humble start-up production company built on sweat, idealism, and dreams.
