Lauren loves to share her appreciation of good food and ongoing mission on how to become a baking enchantress. The less effort required to create that spectacular result is always the goal.

Lauren’s passion for food, travel and sharing was ignited by her grandparents talking about tales of travelling to Hong Kong while making pizzas and fairy cakes around the kitchen table.

At school, she was always the one ready to stand up and speak to an audience on show and tell day. Today its sharing with her you tube audience on the channel “Ms Dessert Junkie” with her audience on how to discover their own passions.

Lauren has travelled extensively within South East Asia and North America and is always looking to grow the stamps in her passport to new and exciting destinations.
