My name is Luke and I love breathing the fresh air that nature gives to us. I love wildcamping, eating outdoors, survival and exploring different locations.

Being outdoors is a great way to reset from the hustle and bustle of daily life; you will usually find me with a tent and sleeping bag and will camp anywhere from the woodlands, to a beach. It is also a great platform to highlight and discuss Mens Mental Health - something that can affect us all.
