I lived too many years suffering in silence from untreated ADHD. I was a mystery to myself, full of unanswerable "whys." Why am I a high-achiever but unable to follow through? Why am I always rushing? Why do I lose my keys/wallet/phone often? Why do I wait til the last minute to do EVERYTHING? Once I got a handle on my ADHD, I didn't want another woman to suffer as I did.
