My name is Max Komes, and I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I speak on topics such as holistic mental health, mindfulness, and meaning and purpose in life.

I believe that the remedy to the modern mental health ailments of distraction, depression, and addiction lie in a sense of connection to oneself, one another, and all of Life. This sense of connection is what I call Clarity, and it is always within us.
