Freestyle Tri Swim Club

Description

The Freestyle Tri Swim Club is the latest branch of work with Freestyle Tri. As ex-college swimmers turned triathletes, we understand the natural fear and intimidation around swimming, but also recognize the joy and beauty of total immersion in a body of water. We built the Freestyle Tri Swim Club to help educate and show how swimming can be a wonderful thing for anyone with the desire to learn and improve.

If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area, come get your stroke analyzed by Miguel. If not, reach out can do things remotely. Either way, the videos you'll find in this channel are for you to learn from and use to improve your basic swim skills.
