Essentially, this is my version of nursing now. With a background of growing up on a row crop grain farm, the university for a Psych degree, 15 years in I.T. at two international companies, all the while also a volunteer firefighter, emt, even parttime police officer for a couple of years. Throw in some flying lessons (single engine fixed wing and paramotors), competitive bagpiping and more. Then several things led me to going to nursing school, first LPN then RN working mainly in hospice and a bit of ER in Memphis.

Fairly soon, like say 5 years or so as a nurse I realized that our American (western) healthcare system, has very little to do with or emphasis on actually helping people get or stay healthy, heck most people working in "healthcare" are some of the most unhealthy individuals.

But, health starts with nutrition and exercise. Chemically free.

Thus.. Hippocrates, father of medicine, food = medicine
