Hello everyone, my name is Netza Rodriguez. As an innovator, I enjoy multiple outlets of creativity. In my late 30's my goal was to change my life and career by going back to college. Hard work, determination and a never ending supply of ideas, have led me to who I am becoming today. My leadership roles have been managing upwards of eight or more staff for the production of telecast for a several Corporate businesses. My managerial responsibilities and duties consisted of directing staff in the production, direction of live and recorded corporate broadcast via remote production to online platforms. I often assist broadcast producers in lighting, audio, graphics and remote camera setup and other engineering duties. In addition, I attend and participate in professional group organizations and meeting with the goal of networking with Creatives.
