Description

Convicted Felon, Elliot Fox is granted a pardon for his malicious crimes in exchange to volunteer to undergo human testing for an experimental drug (developed by government scientist, Victor Blaine) said to enhance human capabilities. Fox manages to escape the testing facility and with his newly adapted powers, starts his criminal empire. When his body begins rejecting the drug, Fox resorts to vile methods to draw out Victor Blaine to perfect the drug.
