Description

Nicholas Vassos is a film student at Queens University who nourishes his passion for filmmaking and design in an array of multimedia projects. He has directed, shot and produced several short experimental films, created two Alternate Reality Games for the McGill University Library ("Raising Spirits" and "Quiz That So?"), and has hosted a weekly radio show in Kingston for the last four years ("Indie Wake Up Call" on CFRC 101.9FM).

Most recently, Nicholas has turned his creative energies towards animation production. His first animated short, titled "CLEAN", just premiered at the 2023 Ottawa International Animation Festival, and he is already beginning work on his next animation, titled "Wander". Nicholas looks forward to continuing to explore and experiment in the film and interactive multimedia space.
