This channel was originally called Starry Hilder's Off Grid Homestead and a good portion of my videos are from that part of my life.

In 2018, my life was turned upside down and my heart was turned inside out, BUT I survived ... thanks to our Sovereign Heavenly Father, it ended up being the blessing of a lifetime! I suddenly found myself single again, no longer living on a homestead, losing one of my dogs to my ex, going through severe health challenges and losing my job ... BUT God had other plans for me ... BIG PLANS!! And this is when my NEW LIFE began and the name of my channel changed to Simply Starry - Sustainable Living With God!
