Hi, I'm AshEvsy. I'm 33, from Caerphilly, South Wales, but currently live in Walsall UK. I am the Co-Founder/Director of JAPARKOUR. A Parkour/Freerunning team and video production/design company. I started Parkour and film making over 15 years ago. As the years have passed my skills have developed through my determination. I express myself physically through the art of movement, achieving to improve my stamina and overcome my mental blocks every day. It has opened my eyes and changed me as a person, I now see the world as less of a captivity, and instead I see freedom. My ever developing skill and progression enables me to teach others to see the world differently and broaden their physicality too.
