Question: How do you stream on your 3DS?
Answer: I modded my 3DS following the instructions on the 3DS Hacks Guide site and then install a special plugin called BootNTR to stream my 3DS over my wifi through my IP address into my PC with a program called Snickerstream and then I set up StreamOBS to capture the Snickerstream window to stream it to YouTube.
