Salutations everyone, my name is PhuCat and welcome to my fitness channel. Most of you know me as that guy who plays a lot of horror games. Outside of that Let's Play life, I'm very passionate about working out and following a healthy diet. I used to dislike fitness because I was weak and obese, but watching horror films and anime makes me want to achieve a level of superhuman strength. I hope to pursue this as a career and help others achieve their goals.
