Hi i'm Tommy and live in ayrshire Scotland.I am an ambassador for b-eat and See Me Scotland and MaleVoicED which are the eating disorder and mental health charities here in U.K. I am a certified personal trainer and a BTN certified nutritionist and eating disorder therapist, .
I cover my health journey from a past of ED and as an ex vegan following health issues, and life with my wife and our fur family, as well as fitness ,nutrition and fun reaction videos . I want this to be a platform and place for others with mental health issues to feel supported and less alone, and others to take some benefit from my health journey and hopefully get some help from my content as a whole and have some laughs along the way as well
