Hello and welcome to my page! People call me Burnt Brian because I love eating hot and spicy food. My goal with this channel is to provide some education about all things culinary while ultimately leaving you entertained. Currently, I am working on making video reviews for hot sauce, craft beer, malt liquor, fast food, restaurant food, snack foods (munchies), vlogs, and the occasional food challenge or collaboration. I was a chef most of my life, so I also plan to teach you how to make some interesting recipes.
