I believe it is important to look deeper into ingredients and check if there is real scientific proof for their claims, supported by research published in reputable scientific journals to back up any information I share here.
Moving from India to the US almost 20 years ago, I have been privileged to experience two diverse cultures and societies. Over the years I have come to love my adopted country as much as my birth country. I have always had a ton of hobbies. I love to paint, makeover furniture, redecorate my house, and gardening. I am a parent to two little boys, a dog mom, and a wife. I am also an engineer and a scientist. I like to build things, make things beautiful, and figure out the science behind things.
