Ciao a tutti! 👋

I was born and raised in Italy 🇮🇹, and I've been living in the UK 🇬🇧 for many years.

One of my first ASMR-ish kind of experiences was whilst watching Nigella Lawson's programmes! 👩🏻‍🍳🍰
I love both ASMR 🎧 (particularly the 'show and tell' and lo-fi kind) and cooking videos 🍪... so I've decided to try and combine the two in an hybrid ASMR channel 🦄, entirely dedicated to cooking and Italian/vegetarian food 🍝🥕. I'll invite you into my kitchen and tell you stories about food to soothe you 😴.

By the way - I am *not* a professional chef! I'm just the embodiment of the stereotypical food-obsessed Italian! So in this channel I cook for ASMR purposes only. x
