There is more than one way to skin the cat!

I have varied interest from wood working to machining, amongst other things. Modeling is only one them. Early, I discovered that I can pretty much do anything with my hands. This allowed me to reverse engineer many things e.g the uncanny ability to see and think outside the box.

With limited disposable income I had to find alternative methods to do what we do, and thus created the section the "Frugal Modeler", where I share cost effective methods in how to get the job done at a fraction of the cost.

Much of what we do is inspired from the artistic community so, why re-invent the wheel. I believe in going directly to the source and apply lessons learned to share with like minded folks from the community.

I believe this venue is a place to learn from each other via intelligent discussion, vice merely showing off our work. Therefore, constructive criticism is always welcome :)
