hi beautiful souls! this channel is still raw & fresh. I have a vague idea of where I'm going with the channel and I would love for you to join if you resonate with the vision.

I have psoriatic arthritis and I'm passionate about overcoming pain & injury, personal development (mindset + mental health) and lifting in the gym for our physical & mental health so can we live our lives with STRENGTH, PRESENCE, and CONFIDENCE that radiates from the inside-out.

I believe the (uncomfortable) inner work we do for ourselves allows us to show up as our MOST ALIGNED AND BEST SELF for others around us (partner, family, friends, etc.).

My vision with this channel is to create a community where we can all connect, support and EMPOWER EACH OTHER to be our most ALIGNED SELF as we navigate our unique rehab and health journey.
