I really love to dance, it makes the mundane repetitive nature of life more bearable. When I let go of my ego and just allow the movements to come I feel connected to the energy that I am made up from:- those protons, neutrons,electrons and other particles that we do not have names for. When I'm dancing I lose myself to the laws of the universe, allowing the polar opposite forces to push and pull me like a rag doll. Dancing makes me present and it is not always pleasant but is always just what I need.
