It's a place to calm your mind. A place to view many different parts of nature, not just beaches. I believe peace can be found anywhere. You just need to pay attention. 10minutes2relax is many things. However, I believe its greatest purpose is to challenge us.

Our lives are filled with chaos. Our minds are constantly moving, multi-tasking, running at the speed of light. It's something we're all very good at. What we're not good at is sitting still. You'd probably find that even on vacation, while sitting on a beautiful beach, you would find your mind wondering off to think about the work you left undone, or the bills left unpaid.
