I lived and worked in the UK until 2006 when I started a new life in France - I started talking about life in France and the differences between life in France vs the UK and what it's like living in France but within the first year I stumbled upon naked yoga classes by accident.

I did a video all about nudity in France vs the UK and it was during the research that I found in Paris you could actually take part in a naked yoga class.

So within this channel, a new playlist has been developed named ' Yoga - Health and Fitness ' where I discuss the popularity of naked yoga around the world and the history of naked yoga. Naked yoga was first recorded in 400 BC - today naked yoga classes can be found in 11 different countries and I explore why it has become so popular and what are the health benefits of doing a naked yoga class.

No one can give an accurate number for how many people around the world do naked yoga because many are doing naked yoga in the privacy of their own homes.
