Who I am?
Gilles de Rais, El Hazarid... Attila, Proximus, Uther, Caligula... Vlad Tepes, Iscariot... and so many more I've long forgotten. I have as many names as I do faces, all different, but all the same. I am the Vampire who walks beneath the Halo of Eternal Night.
I have no Name but you can call me Dracula. We're all so much more complicated than our names. I was first mentioned in history in AD 12 as Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus Germanicus more commonly known by my agnomen "Caligula" but my history goes back further than that. My life as a vampire began over 2000 years ago with a betrayal. I was one of his Apostles. I knew him better then anyone, better than his own weeping mother. I shared his agony. Bore his secrets. He loved me like a brother and it was my destiny to betray him. You cannot imagine what I've had to endure. I have borne the very wrath of God, chosen to suffer like no man before. Something has changed since my last rebirth.
