My name is Wendy Tchinski the creator of Loving It On Keto. I like to make learning about KETO simple and easy for everyone to understand. I answer your Keto Diet questions so you know what to buy, what works, and what doesn't. You will be giving tips, tricks, how to, reviews, great keto recipes, kitchen tips in the most simplest language possible so we all can understand the ease of doing KETO.

Before you decide to cook or buy something come back and check out my videos on reviews and grocery buys at Costco, Wallmart, and even the smaller stores to help you make your food choices. I strive to put out 3 to 4 videos a week but on no particular days.
