Realizing the Dream is a nonprofit 501c3 international organization founded by Martin Luther King, III that seeks to champion freedom, justice and equality by working to redress poverty, build community and foster peace through nonviolence. It seeks to continue the humanitarian and liberating work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Mrs. Coretta Scott King by rearticulating for this century the challenges and opportunities for championing freedom, justice and equality, while working to eliminate poverty, prejudice and hostile conflict in the United States and throughout the world.
