The Philippine National Railways Train Enthusiast Fan Club (PNR-TEFC) was founded on the 21st of May 2014. The organization was then renamed as Philippine Train Enthusiasts & Railfans Club (PTERC) in October 2015.

We are a group of young train enthusiasts and railfans who aspire for a better Philippine rail network and aims to serve as a venue for sharing news and updates regarding the Philippine rail network.
