I am a longtime journalist with extensive experience reporting on trials and legal affairs. I cover trials in Los Angeles and Orange County, from celebrity cases such as A$AP Rocky, Harvey Weinstein and Cardi B to federal public corruption cases involving prominent Southern California influencers. I also am expanding my coverage to include celebrity cases nationwide.

My background in traditional journalism is deep: I worked at The Spokesman-Review in Spokane, Washington, and the Idaho Statesman in Boise, Idaho, before moving to California in 2013 to work at the Orange County Register. I spent three years at the Register before joining the Los Angeles Daily Journal, which covers California's judiciary.
