My unexpected autism & ADHD year. 1 in 7 people's brains are just wired differently. I'm Struan, I recently found out mine is - yours may be too. If you suspect you may be neurodivergent, join me in learning to understand and embrace a new diagnosis. Many unhappy people don’t realise they're just neurodivergent. If you’ve spent your whole life feeling different, at odds with the world around you and don’t know why, there’s a decent chance you might be neurodivergent.

I spent my whole life fighting through each day, getting by at work, socially - but the effort took a toll it just didn’t seem to take on other people. Eventually I burnt out, hit a wall, and had a stress breakdown. Then I got diagnosed as autistic. Then also found out I had co-occurring ADHD. Neurodivergence is so much more common than people realise. I hope these videos help people understand it all a little better, and maybe help at least someone from hitting their own burnout wall.
