Inspired by the acts of Lady Gaga and Tyler, The Creator, Damian Lopez is bound to be an experience seen like no other. With songs like DAYDREAMS and Complicated, you can easily tell the influence created with the previously mentioned acts was placed into his very own creations. The chord progression heard on DAYDREAMS, can be viewed as a major Tyler, The Creator influence and the sounds on Complicated were, as Damian mentioned, to be inspired by Lady Gaga. Explaining his 2021 album, CYCLE, he mentions how Tyler's 2019 record, IGOR, was a major part of the album.

An Mexican-American singer, rapper, songwriter, and record producer, Damian began to create music in 2016 after dreams of pursuing a music career. After releasing his debut album, 4U, on June 20th, 2017. Damian began to create joke music after, what he believed to be, negative reception towards the album. He released his second, yet first joke, album, Why…?, onto the Bandcamp service. He slowly began to release his music onto music platforms, with songs such as Marinara Sauce & Macaroni and Cheese, first being on an EP. After the releases of his following albums, Another One?, Twitter: The Album (was later renamed to Sleep), Entry 006: Demons, BRUH, and FINALE: The Funeral. Damian pursued onto creating serious music once again with the release of his 2021 record, CYCLE. The album recieved positive reception, being viewed as his best album to date and how much improvement was made compared to the previous records.
