These cool, bouncy 1-inch toys, based on the beloved Garbage Pail Kids characters we all grew up to love, will be issued in mylar multi-packs that will also include (character bio) stickers and chase variants in solid neon colors. Most of the figures will be painted. Topps has issued an official sales plan and brochure, and many promotions, contests, giveaways, etc. are planned for the GPK MiniKins line.
