The Dancehall court refers to the phenomenon in which dancehall artist are judged and criticized by their peers fans and of course me ( your honor ) for their lyrical content, their actions , their behavior and how they conduct themselves in the dancehall community , An Artist 's credibility and reputation are important, and their lyrics are often scrutinized for their vulgarity, violence, or explicit sexual content. If an Artist's lyrics and actions are deemed inappropriate or offensive, they will face backlash from the dancehall court, their fans and fellow Artists, which can harm their career. However, dancehall court can also be seen as a positive force for change within the genre, I encourage Artists to be mindful of their actions and use their platform positively, it's all of us responsibility.
