My name is Mary Sue Ireland. I live in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia in a rugged, isolated area of the Blue Ridge. It is beautiful and quietly majestic here with only the sounds of the creek, the birds and the wind for company. The videos and music on my channel reflect the quality of life here in the mountains.

The main principle that guides my life is kindness. I love writing, music, photography and art. I strive to find beauty and meaning in all the things around me. To quote Nelson Henderson, "The true meaning of life is to plant trees under whose shade you do not expect to sit."
