I am Alex Adams, founder and CEO of both the NecessaryTV and NecessaryGaming sub-networks on YouTube.
I am also a part of the senior management team at Freedom!, a no lock-in multi-channel YouTube network built for everyone!
YouTube has been a passion of mine since 2007. It was the first social media platform that I felt allowed us to truly connect with strangers all over the world. For just a few moments, you could experience the life of someone you had never met before or put yourself in their shoes, even though they were across the world.
Soon enough, groups of like-minded individuals were coming together to build a better experience on YouTube and to make it a viable career path. I'm excited to be a part of this movement and I can't wait to see where this journey takes all of us.
