Lifted since 2000. Just aiming for a 300kg squat in my life time. Strong in mind and body.

I'm a lifetime drugfree athlete. I also stay away from narcotics, alcohol and sigarettes. Life is to be experienced in a natural state of mind.

I sacrifice more than most people to obtain my goals. I don't go out partying, I eat well, sleep well and train in my garage, like real lifters do.

The turtle ALWAYS wins in the end.

Certified Personal Trainer from Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (nih.no), and a Bachelors Computer Engineering Degree from Oslo University College (hio.no).
