My name is Ray Helms and I shoot for the MPA Pistol team and team Cobalt. The main focus of the channel will be instruction and learning . I have shot competitively in many disciplines for the last 30 years winning state and a national championship along the way. My favorite discipline is long range and team ruck matches.
