I am a military historian, and together with history-enthusiasts from Germany, Latvia and the Netherlands I visit forgotten locations of the war. Sometimes with, sometimes without metal detector. On this channel you can find videos of these trips and more.

Disclaimer:

- the videos are strictly non-political. Our goal is to get in touch with, and to preserve history;
- we treat the environment with respect, i.e. no littering and closing holes;
- unexploded ordnance: we report these finds to the right authorities;
- the same goes for any other finds that can not legally be brought home: they are handed over to the authorities or to parties who are allowed to collect such finds;
- we have never found human remains, but if we would, we'd report back to the organizations that identify and rebury victims of the war. As is everyone's duty;
- nothing we find is for sale.
