There are only two things you need to know about whiskey: 1. Whiskey is fun. 2. Whisky is for everyone. But there’s a problem. When it comes to whiskey, scotch and bourbon it can seem like there are lots of rules. And even, and we feel badly saying it, maybe a little single malt whisky snobbery. But rules aren’t fun. And snobs aren’t for everyone.

Our goal at TopWhiskies is to make whisky fun and accessible. Everyone’s top whiskies will be different. And that’s okay. In fact, that’s better than okay. It’s very okay. That’s why we’re here.

We post videos about single malt scotch, whiskey or bourbon every Wednesday. We want to demystify whisky. Every video will teach you a bit about whisky with the idea that you can share that knowledge with your friends. Maybe that’s the third thing you should know about whisky: whiskey is for sharing.
