I Just joined on the shayloss weightloss challenge, so ill be semi documenting my weight loss journey progress and ill throw in tips and tricks that I discover on my way there.


I've been overweight pretty much my entire life, as long as i can remember. I've tried diets and such, I would lose a little then gain it back, I'm tired of being a quitter, i should have been ready 10 years ago, but i know inside im finally ready to fully commit and make this change in my life. ive never been comfortable in my own skin or happy with myself but im here and commited to make this change, for myself and for the ones that love me. i want to find out who i am, ive been too shy my entire life to do nething, i feel as if i have no idea who i am sometimes because ive never let myself fully come out of this shell, im not going to let my weight hold me back anymore. Thank you to my big sis and my bf for always being there for me
