Description

Dolores Catherino is a PolyChromatic composer and multi-instrumentalist. She composes avant-garde music using micro-pitch 'palettes’ up to, and beyond 100 notes per octave. Inspired by creative collaboration, she also explores integrated perspectives at the crossroads of music, science, technology and the humanities.

This channel is dedicated to an exploration of the outer limits of pitch perception, the development of associative auditory-visual (pitch-color) synesthesia, and seeking new expressive possibilities with the polychromatic music system.
