My channel is a look inside the creative world of a foodie. I love food from the garden to the table and I enjoy talking about it, selling it and hanging with like minded positive foodies. I am a military veteran who is classically trained to be a cook. I also have trained in different areas of Italy learning authentic Italian cooking.
