Vortex UPN is a (fictional) television network owned by VictorCastWinston, with more than 100+ satellite stations operating in the United States. Our main flagship station is WVRX, located in Atlanta, Georgia (which is also where we are based). We air shows that aim to entertain, educate, and inform.
