Hi there, I’m Geoffrey – a real estate agent, investor, and house hacker! I enjoy teaching about personal finance and real estate investing. If you are looking to get ahead, learn something new, or build upon your foundation, you’ve come to the right place!

I want to save you time and money by giving you the information you need in a clear and concise format. I am not working to make a profit or sell you a product. I want to be the mentor and advisor I wish I had when I was first learning about real estate investing.

There is too much junk and bad information on YouTube, and I want to change that. Investing does not need to feel intimidating or complicated. Follow along as I break down complex topics in to easy to digest videos.
