A showcase for clips from my New York City Public Access show called "Spinning Lights" which currently shows in Manhattan late, late Friday nights (at 12:30AM Saturday mornings.)
Spinning Lights has been on the air in Manhattan since September 1998.
The videos are designed to aid meditation and relaxation, for the most part, using the technique of "video feedback" as the primary imagery.
